摘 要:生物骨支架是治疗骨组织缺损的理想方法,如何构建有利于细胞黏附、繁殖、新陈代谢等的微观孔隙结构是构建生物骨支架亟待解决的问题。基于三周期极小曲面和等参单元法,研究一种适合于生物骨支架的建模方法。基于移动立方体算法,线性差值求解三周期极小曲面近似插值面,并结合拉普拉斯算子,构建三周期极小曲面单元;基于等参单元法,通过形函数坐标变换构建不规则形状孔隙曲面单元;基于模板法,局部网格加密构建不同尺度孔隙单元,并通过与实体轮廓模型布尔运算,构建出含有微观孔结构的生物骨支架实体模型。研究表明,利用三周期性极小曲面和等参单元法所构建的骨支架结构,可以实现对孔隙形状,尺度控制,为骨支架建模提供一种可行性的方法。Bone scaffold is an ideal method to treat bone defect,but how to construct the micro pore structure of the bone scaffold which is beneficial to cell adhesion, reproduction and metabolism is the urgent problem to be solved Based on the triply periodic minimal surfaces and isoperimetric element method, a new bone modeling method is studied Firstly, the moving cube algorithm is used to construct the approximate interpolation surface, and the vertices of interpolation surface are adjusted by the laplace operator, so that the smooth three periodic minimal surface element can be obtained; Secondly, Based on the isoperimetric element method, the irregularpore unit of three periodic small surface is constructed though coordinate transformation by the shapefunction. Then, refined the specific area of bone scaffold though the pattern module's method to construct the different scales pore units. Based on this, the three periodic small surface model of bone scaffold was established, and the solid model of bone scaffold with micro hole was constructed by boolean operation. The study shows that the structure of bone scaffold can be realized by using three periodic minimal surfaces and the equal parameter element method, which c an provide a feasible method for the modeling ofbone scoffold.
