痔血安合剂治疗老年痔出血

摘　　要：目的研究痔血安合剂治疗老年患者痔出血的疗效与安全性。方法将老年痔出血患者120例随机分成2组,每组60例,治疗组口服痔血安合剂,对照组口服槐角丸,疗程2周,观察2组治疗前、服药1周、服药2周、停药1周、停药2周时的便血、坠痛、痔黏膜状态、痔核大小及脱出情况,记录相应的评分,进行比较分析。结果 2组治疗后均能改善便血、坠痛、痔黏膜状态、痔核大小的情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);服药2周后治疗组的便血情况与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);停药后治疗效果随时间推移有所减弱,但与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);任何时间段治疗组的疗效都优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的脱出评分虽有下降,但与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痔血安合剂治疗老年患者痔出血的效果显著,对痔核大小、黏膜状态有改善作用。Objective To study the curative effect and the safety of Zhixue＇ an decoction in treating hemorrhoids bleeding of elderly patients.Methods 120 elderly outpatients with hemorrhoids bleeding were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group in which 60 cases were treated with Zhixue＇ an decoction,the control group in which 60 cases were treated with Japanese Pagodatree Pod pills.Both two groups were treated for two weeks.Recorded and compared the symptoms and signs of hematochezia,pain,hemorrhoids mucosa state,hemorrhoidal node size and prolapse of all subjects before and after treatment（the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th week respectively）.Results Two groups were improved in hematochezia,pain,hemorrhoids mucosa state and hemorrhoidal node size,there was statistical significance between two groups（P0.05）.The curative effect was the most significant in the 2nd week after the treatment,at this time hematochezia of the treatment group had notable statistical significance compared with that of the controlled group（P0.01）.The curative effect weakened according to time after the drug withdrawal,but still had statistical significance compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group at any time,there was statistical significance between two groups（P0.05）.The integral of prolapse of two groups were decreased after treatment,but there was no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Zhixue＇ an decoction is safe,convenient and effective in treating hemorrhoids bleeding of elderly patients and could be popularized in clinical application.
