摘  要:目的深入研究吉林省药用植物龙胆的分布情况,明确当前资源现状,为龙胆资源保护提供理论依据。方法以第四次中药资源普查数据为基础,采用核密度估计法对龙胆采样点进行计算,利用自然断点法将龙胆分布区域划分为低密度区、中密度区及高密度区。结果龙胆分布区在吉林省东部和南部地区。高密度区由3部分构成,总面积27 829.58 km^2,中密度区总面积42 210.49 km^2,低密度区总面积46 965.76 km^2。结论采用核密度分析方法能合理的反映出当前龙胆的分布情况。与第三次中药资源普查结果相比,龙胆资源被严重破坏,分布区明显减少。Objective Study on the distribution of Gentiana scabrain Jilin Province,and clarify the current status of Gentiana scabra resources,to provide theoretical for the resources protection.Methods Based on the data of the fourth national survey on Chinese material medical resources,using the kernel density estimation to analysis the Gentiana scabrasample point.The kernel density value was partition into three parts by using the natural breakpoint method.These three parts were low density region,medium density region and high density region.Results The distribution areas of Gentiana scabra were in the eastern and southern regions in Jilin Province.The high density region consists of three parts,with a total area of 27 829.58km^2,the medium density region with a total area of 42 210.49 km^2 and the low density region with a total area of 46 965.76 km^2.Conclusion The kernel density estimation method can reasonably reflect the current distribution of Gentiana scabra.Compared to the third national survey on Chinese material medical resources,the resources of Gentiana scabrawere severely damaged,and the distribution areas decreased significantly.
