摘　　要：目的考察Ⅲ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在参芝安神口服液中的澄清效果。方法以澄清剂用量比(A)、温度(B)、时间(C)、转速(D)为考察因素,以蛋白去除率、多糖保留率及浊度为考察指标,通过正交试验进行工艺优化。结果最佳澄清工艺为:澄清剂用量比(A)2%:1%,温度(B)80℃,时间(C)120 min,转速(D)150 r/min结论Ⅲ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂能有效改善参芝安神口服液澄明度,主要澄清机制为絮凝作用。Objective To investigate the clarification effect of type Ⅲ ZTC 1＋1 natural clarifying agent in Shenzhi Anshen oral liquid.Methods the dosage of clarifier＇ s ratio（A）,temperature（B）,time（C） and rotational speed（D） were taken as the research factors.The protein removal rate,polysaccharide retention rate and turbidity were taken as the indexes,and the process was optimized by orthogonal test.Results The best optimum clarification process was as follows： the dosage of clarifier＇ s ratio（A）2%：1%,temperature（B） 80 ℃,time（C） 120 min,speed（D） 150 r·min^（-1） Conclusion Type Ⅲ ZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agent can effectively improve the oral＇s clarity,the main mechanism for the clarification is flocculation.
