摘　　要：开展城市土地利用综合效益评价有助于衡量城市土地集约利用水平,对实现城市土地高效利用具有重要意义。本文从社会效益、经济效益、生态环境效益三个方面,构建喀斯特地区城市土地利用效益评价指标体系,将熵权法、TOPSIS法结合,对2001—2014年遵义市土地利用综合效益进行量化评价。A comprehensive evaluation of land utilization in urban areas is crucial in order to evaluate intensive land use and realize the effective utilization of urban land. A land utilization evaluation system was established for small-and medium-sized cities in the Karst area. The study was carried out from three perspectives： social effectiveness,economic effectiveness and ecological effectiveness. It provides a quantitative evaluation on the effectiveness of land utilization from 2001 to 2004 in the city of Zunyi using the entropy coefficient and TOPSIS method.Though there is overall growth in all three areas,the comprehensive effectiveness is declining in this city.
