摘 要:通过DSC、XRD分析和SEM观察,研究了梯度界面层对PP/nano-Ca CO_3共混体系相容性及结晶形态影响,并与单一界面层处理的纳米CaCO_3粒子进行比较,结果表明:引入梯度界面层后,改善了共混体系的相容性,增加了界面粘接力,使分散相CaCO_3的尺寸减少,分布趋向更均匀,β晶诱导效应增强,结晶温度朝高温方向移动明显,增加了12.3%。By scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) observation,differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC) and X-ray diffraction ( XRD) analysis,the gradient boundary layer effect on compatibility and crystallization behavior of PP/nano-CaCO3 blends were studied, and CaCO3 nanoparticles with a single interface treatment were com-pared. Results show that:adding gradient interface layer later,the compatibility of blends was improved,increasing the interfacial adhesion,dispersed CaCO3 size reduction,distribution more uniform,theβcrystal induction effect en-hancement,crystallization temperature in high-temperature direction significantly,increased by 12. 3%.
