摘 要:全球能源转型背景下,社区分布式光伏应用正在被广泛推广.为减少光伏发电对公共电网的影响和冲击,分布式发电推广需要与社区规划相结合,尽量提高发电与用电的就地平衡.以京郊混合功能社区为例,基于夏季晴朗日CIGS薄膜发电的实测数据,通过情景分析模拟计算了不同比例职住用地情况下,混合功能社区分布式光伏发电量与用电量的分时对比,探讨了利用社区层次的混合功能开发为分布式光伏发电带来的电力生产-消费峰谷差的潜力.结论提出在社区规划中促进分布式光伏应用推广的设计原则.Under the transition to low carbon energy, the distributed Photovohaic (PV) applications grows quickly in recent years. In order to reduce the negative impact of PV electricity generation to the public power grid, the local balance between electricity generation and consumption should be considered in the spatial planning for urban development, especially at the community level. With the actual measurement electricity generation by CIGS PV system in a community in Beijing, we evaluate the potential contribution of mixed-function at community level to balance PV electricity generation and local electricity consumption. And the effects of different ratio of mixed-function on the peak-valley range of electricity loading on public grid are simulated by scenario analysis. In conclusion, we propose the principles for community planning in the promotion of distributed PV application.
