摘　　要：目的了解我国病案管理人员研究现状和发展趋势。方法将CNKI期刊全文数据库中1957年至2016年间有关病案管理人员研究的论文作为数据来源,运用科学知识图谱和文献计量法从文献年代分布、作者分布、机构分布、高被引文献、关键词词频和关键词突发性检测等方面进行统计分析。结果有效文献1664篇,发文量年均50篇以上,文献主要来源于《中国病案》、《医学与社会》杂志等,主要研究病案质量管理、病案管理模式改变和病案人员业务素质提升、重视病案管理人才培养的必要性等,关键词共现分析揭示病案管理现代化功能、病案管理专业人才培养和病案信息利用是研究热点和前沿趋势。结论病案管理人员的未来发展中应以多学科专业知识为基础,推动前沿领域的研究。Objective To understand the research status and development trend of medical record management in our country. Methods This paper uses the scientific knowledge map and bibliometrics method to statistically analyze the distribution of literatures, authors, institutions, high-cited literatures, keyword frequency and keyword sudden detection of theories from 1957 to 2016 in the full-text database of CNKI to get research hot spots and trends of medical record administrators. Results 1664 effective literatures published and the annual volume of more than 50 articles, mainly from the Chinese medical record, medicine and society, and so on, mainly studies the quality management of medical records, medical record management mode change, business to enhance the quality of personnel, pay attention to medical record management personnel training necessity, keywords co-occurrence analysis reveals the modern function, professional training and medical information utilization of medical records is a research hotspot and development trend. Conclusion The future development of medical record administrators should be based on multidisciplinary expertise to promote the study of frontier areas.
