摘　　要：目的分析优质护理结合早期康复对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响。方法将某三甲医院2013年8月-2015年8月106例脑卒中患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用优质护理结合早期康复进行治疗,对照组采用常规护理方法。治疗前、后采用简化Fugl-Meyer、Barthe指数、临床神经功能缺损评分分别评价其运动功能、日常生活能力、神经功能。结果治疗4周后,治疗组简化Fugl-Meyer、Barthe指数、临床神经功能缺损评分均较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论优质护理结合早期康复能改善脑卒中患者的肢体功能,提高运动功能和日常生活能力,提升患者满意度。Objective To analyze the high quality nursing combined with the effect of early rehabilitation on limb function and activity of daily living（ADL） of stroke patients. Methods 106 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with high quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation treatment, the control group with routine nursing method. Before and after treatment, simplified Fugl-Meyer, Barthe index and clinical neurological deficit score were used to evaluate their motor function, ADL and neurological function. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the treatment group simplified Fugl-Meyer, Barthe index, clinical neurological deficit scores were significantly improved compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing combined with early rehabilitation can improve the limb function of stroke patients,improve the motor function and ADL, and promote the satisfaction of patients.
