我校足球专业人才培养模式现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和专家咨询等研究方法,对我校足球人才培养模式进行调查研究。结论:足球教学课程较为丰富,但部分课程时间较少;足球教学师资力量薄弱;足球专选班学生基础较差,对足球技战术的理解较难;培养时间较短。建议:进一步丰富课程设置;加大力度引进足球高层次人才;合理调整培养模式的时间分配。The methods including documents,questionnaire, mathematical statistics and expert consultation are adopted in the paper, research football professional talents cultivating model in Chengdu University of TCM.Conclusion：football teaching courses are enough but short of time in some part of courses, football teaching faculty are not enough; the foundation of football major students are weak result in those students hardy understand football technique and tactics, the time of cultivating model is short. Suggestion： deeply complete course establishment; introduce football high level talents, reasonable adjust cultivating model.
