美国一流大学研究生资助体系考察——以哈佛大学为例

摘　　要：作为世界一流大学的典范,哈佛大学在其自身发展的历史进程中,形成了较为完善且颇具代表性的研究生资助体系及运作模式。通过文献调研,在勾勒大学层面研究生资助体系整体现状的基础上,进一步深入哈佛大学开展学术型研究生教育的文理研究生院与开展专业型研究生教育的商学院,探究两类培养定位不同的研究生培养单位在资助体系与实践方面的样貌、特征,并借助比较方法,可以获得若干启示性理解,值得国内研究型大学在完善自身研究生资助体制、机制过程中加以借鉴,并助力于我国研究型大学研究生资助体系的完善及现实运作的优化。As the model of the world top universities,Harvard University has constructed a pretty good and representative graduate program sponsoring system and mode of operation.In addition to its status quo depiction based on literature,further exploration is made in the School of Arts and Sciences and the Business School of Harvard University,where academically-oriented and professionally-oriented gradate programs are respectively organized.These two sorts of programs with different orientations are compared in terms of their sponsoring system and their operation.Many implications result from the comparison,which are of referential significance and can help improve the sponsoring system and its operation in Chinese research-oriented universities.
