区域经济韧性研究进展和在中国应用的探索

摘　　要：区域经济韧性是近年来经济地理学领域出现的一个新兴概念。很多学者试图解释,为何遭受外部冲击后,有的地区能成功复苏,重新实现经济稳步增长,有的地区却从此锁定于经济下行轨道中难以摆脱。文章对该概念出现10多年来的相关研究成果进行梳理,以2010年为界分为起步发展阶段和探索研究阶段,探讨了这一研究热点形成的原因,总结第一阶段的研究成果和不足,重点介绍了第二阶段国外区域经济韧性研究的新近研究进展。首先,是厘清概念,明确了区域经济韧性的定义和研究维度;其次,系统总结了相关文献对区域经济韧性测算的贡献;第三,评述了产业结构、制度环境、社会资本、文化因素对区域经济韧性的影响;第四,各国学者将区域经济韧性概念应用于本国实践。虽然区域经济韧性研究尚无成熟的理论体系,但其蕴含的巨大潜力已经引起了经济地理学界的广泛关注,文章对相关研究进行简评。最后,对区域经济韧性应用于中国现实的研究进行探索,从区域经济韧性视角分析当前东北地区经济下行的原因。Regional economic resilience is a key issue in economic geography field in recent years. Many scholars have attempted to explain why some regions can recover successfully, but others fall in economic downturn after suffering external shocks. This paper reviews the recent 10 years＇ study of regional economic resilience, and divides it into two stages. This paper summarizes the reason of the surge in regional economic resilience research, the achievements of the first stage and the shortcomings. We mainly sum up the foreign research progress on regional economic resilience. Firstly, recent researches clarify the precise concept of regional economic resilience. Secondly, we summarize major contributions in recent years to measuring regional economic resilience. Thirdly, we sum up the recent achievements of study on the influence factor on regional economic resilience, such as industrial structure and the local knowledge network. At last, many scholars apply the idea of regional economic resilience to different countries＇ economic practice. Although this strand of regional economic resilience research is still far from mature, it has attracted more and more attention of foreign scholars and shows huge potential in the future. In the end, we try to explore the perspective of regional economic resilience in China. We analyze the economic downturn in Northeast China based on the perspective of regional economic resilience.
