海岛型旅游目的地脆弱性及其障碍因子分析——以舟山市为例

摘　　要：以舟山市为例,通过构建人地耦合系统脆弱性模型和障碍度模型分析海岛型旅游目的地人地耦合系统脆弱性特征及障碍因子。结果显示:(1)2000年以来,舟山市海岛旅游活动的开展对经济系统的干扰强度最大,面对海岛旅游产生的敏感性影响,自然系统的应对能力较为理想,三个子系统中,自然系统的脆弱性最强;(2)舟山市人地耦合系统脆弱性的波动特征明显,稳定程度较低,与自然系统脆弱性的变化幅度基本一致,2004年以前呈现逐年递增,2004年以后呈现波动递减;(3)影响舟山市人地耦合系统脆弱性的单项指标障碍因子方面,应对能力指标的障碍度高于敏感性指标的障碍度,子系统障碍因子方面,障碍度大小依次为自然系统脆弱性>社会系统脆弱性>经济系统脆弱性。As an exogenous variable of vulnerability, tourism activities have a direct or indirect influence on the evolution status and development trend of coupled human-environment system to island-type tourist destination.Taking the Zhoushan city as a study case, this article used the vulnerability model of coupled human-environment system and obstacle degree model to make a quantitative measurement of vulnerability feature and its obstacle indicators of coupled human-environment system in island-type tourist destination. Conclusions are draws as follows： 1）Since 2000, island tourism activities have the strongest interference in economic system in Zhoushan city. In the face of the sensitivity of island tourism, the coping ability of the natural system is more ideal. In the three sub-systems, the vulnerability of natural system is the strongest. 2）The fluctuation characteristic in Zhoushan city, and the stability degree is low. The of vulnerability of coupled human-environment system is obvious amplitude of variation of vulnerability between coupled human- environment system and natural system is the same. The vulnerability of coupled human-environment system was increasing year by year before 2004, and the vulnerability of coupled human-environment system was decreasing after 2004. 3）In the degrees of single index obstacle, the obstacle degree of coping ability index is higher than that of sensitivity index, and the degrees of subsystem obstacle present the pattern that natural vulnerability〉social vulnerability〉 economic vulnerability.
