摘　　要：红燕公司法人代表张利珍从70年代起,一直致力于采样、制样设备的研制与开发制造,并成功生产出采样、联合制样破碎缩分一步到位的设备。曾先后获得7项国家专利。近年来,随公司规模的不断扩大,聘请了多位高级工程技术人员,研制出火车、汽车、入场煤和原料采制样设备。特别是便携式采样枪,是采样领域的一枝奇葩。它轻巧,采样精密度高,性能可靠,价格低廉,Through analysis on the indexes which are related to Arnu-Audibert＇s like maximum degree of swelling, maximum shrinkage degree, softening temperature and solid-soft interval, the difference among Arnu-Audibert＇s dilation indices of the fat coal, 1/3 coking coal and coking coal was compared, it was indicated that the general rank of maximum swelling degree was fat coal 〉1/3 coking coal〉coking coal, but there was no obvious difference among maximum shrinkage degree of those three types of coal. Softening temperature of coking coal is far above fat coal and 1/3 coking coal, in order to ensure the continuity of softening and melting of plastic body in coking process of blended coal, the suitable coal blending structure should established to improve the caking property between coal grains and improve the coke quality. The solid-soft interval of fat coal is 90℃ -150℃, and when adjusting soft melting interval of plastic body in coal blending distillation process, and continuous performance of plastic stage, the fat coal plays an obvious advantageous effect.
