摘  要:为了明确鲁奇加压气化对型煤的具体指标要求,从型煤和块煤的碎裂方式等方面探讨块煤和型煤的内在核心差异,阐明了型煤和块煤在气化炉中的行为区别,论述了鲁奇气化的炉内水蒸气气氛对型煤气化的重要影响,最终提出影响型煤气化的关键指标评价体系及可能满足气化炉要求的经验数值:抗碎强度(DS)>90%,冷态浸水强度(CSSC+3)>80%,热态浸水强度(TSSC+3)>60%,并进一步提出了炭化型煤和油包水2种鲁奇气化型煤制备方案。In order to definite indicators of the requirements about the Lurgi gasification briquette, the inner core differences between lump coal and briquette was studied in the paper. The difference between fragmentation methods of briquette and lump coal was demonstrated initially, and the various behaviors of lump coal and briquette in the gasifier was expounded, the important influence of steam atmosphere on briquette in Lurgi gasifier was discussed, and the evaluation system of key index of briquette that influence gasification was put forward finally. It was also indicated that the empirical values that might meet the requirements of the gasifier was DS〉90%, CSSC+3〉80% TSSC+3 〉60 %, and two preparation schemes of briquette used for Lurgi gasification including carbonization and water in oil briquette were proposed finally.
