摘　　要：井冈山精神是我们党优良传统的集中体现和宝贵的精神财富,也是医学院校培养人才的风向标。赣鄱中医文化深厚的底蕴,对医学生专业素养和职业道德培养具有重要的指导意义和精神支撑作用。通过三种教育教学模式,探索井冈山精神与赣鄱中医文化相融合的医学生党建模式,从而使井冈山精神与赣鄱中医文化推广有效融合,为医学生党建工作注入新动力。Jinggang Mountains Spirit is the epitome and precious spiritual wealth of our party＇s fine tradition,and is the indicator of personal training in medical school.While there are profound connotation in Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine culture,which is important guiding significance and spiritual support to student＇s training in specialty literacy and professional ethics.To explore model design of medical students party-building combined Ganpo traditional Chinese medicine culture and Jinggang mountains spirit by three model,it will be inject into new power for medical students party-building by effectively combined Ganpo traditional chinese medicine culture and Jinggang mountains spirit.
