解毒活血汤联合药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎160例

摘　　要：目的观察解毒活血法联合药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者160例,采用SPSS软件随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,各40例。A组采用中药解毒活血汤治疗,B组采用药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗,C组采用中药解毒活血汤联合药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗,D组口服盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊治疗,4组均治疗8周。观察各组临床疗效及慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数(NIH-CPSI)积分、生活质量评分,前列腺液(EPS)中白细胞(WBC)和卵磷脂小体含量的改善情况。结果总有效率方面,A组为70.0%,B组为67.5%,C为90.0%,D组为55.0%,与A组、B组、D组比较,C组总有效率最高(P<0.05);疼痛不适及排尿障碍、生活质量评分、NIH-CPSI积分、EPS中WBC计数方面,组内比较:4组治疗后均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);组间比较:C组改善情况优于A组、B组、D组,A组、B组改善情况优于D组(均P<0.05)。结论解毒活血法联合药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Huoxue decoction combined with herbal oil moxibustion in the treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods 160 cases of patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis were selected and randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with Jiedu Huoxue Decoction,group B was treated with herbal oil moxibustion,group C was treated with Jiedu Huoxue decoction combined with herbal oil moxibustion,and group D was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules for 8 weeks each.The clinical effect of four groups and the improvement of NIH-CPSI score,quality of life,and the content of WBC and Lecithin corpuscle in EPS were observed.Results The total effective rate of group A,group B,group C and group D was 70%,67.5%,90% and 55% respectively.Comparing with group A,group B and group D,the total effective rate of group C was the highest（P〈0.05）.NIH-CPSI score,quality of life and the content of WBC in EPS of these four groups were improved than before（P〈0.05）.The improvement in group C was better than that in group A,group B and group D,and The improvement in A group and group B was better than that in group D（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Jiedu Huoxue decoction combined with herbal oil moxibustion is an effective method for treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis.
