摘　　要：慢性肾脏病是一个缓慢发展的过程,在此过程中常因某些诱因而出现急性加重,甚至表现为急性肾衰竭。由于病程漫长,众邪内蕴,进而化毒,其中热为关键,常可兼夹其他邪气,同时可助邪为患;热毒致病,具有进展迅速、病情危重的特点,治疗上采用清热解毒之法,可祛除诱因,缓解病情,为慢性肾脏病急性加重患者的治疗提供了一条途径。Chronic kidney disease has a slow developing process,which is characterized by acute exacerbation of certain causes and even acute renal failure.Because of the long course,the pathogenic factor will turn to pathogenic toxins.Toxic heat is the key in this process,characterized by rapid progress and severe illness.It can remove the causes and relieve the illnesses with heat-clearing and detoxicating.It provides a pathway for the treatment of patients with acute exacerbations chronic kidney disease.
