通透汤治疗气滞血瘀型慢性前列腺炎40例

摘　　要：目的观察通透汤治疗气滞血瘀型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取符合诊断的40例患者,给予通透汤治疗,每日1剂,水煎服,4周为一疗程,1个疗程后判定疗效。结果治愈36例,显效3例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%。治疗后N IH-CPSI评分及前列腺液检查中白细胞计数均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通透汤治疗气滞血瘀型慢性前列腺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongtou decoction in treating chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods 40 cases of patients were selected and treated with Tongtou decoction,one dose daily decoction.4 weeks was a course of treatment.The curative effect after one course was evaluated.Results 36 cases were cured,3 cases marked effectiveness,1 case was invalid,and the total effective rate was 97.5%.After treatment,the NIH-CPSI scores and the white blood cell count in EPS were lower than that before treatment.There had significant difference between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongtou decoction has obvious therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
