滋阴活血汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变43例

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴活血汤治疗糖尿病合并下肢血管病变的临床效果。方法将2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变患者86例随机分为2组。2组均按糖尿病饮食并给予口服降糖药或注射胰岛素控制血糖,对照组口服怡开(胰激肽原酶肠溶片),治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上同时服用滋阴活血汤,治疗1个月。比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖、足背动脉血流量、下肢踝肱指数(ABI)以及临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后空腹血糖均降低(P<0.05),治疗组空腹血糖前后差值较对照线前后差值大(P<0.05);2组治疗前后足背动脉血流量均上升(P<0.05),治疗组足背动脉血流量差值较对照组前后差值大(P<0.05);2组治疗前后ABI均上升(P<0.05),治疗组的ABI值较对照组明显上升(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为83.7%,优于对照组的总有效率62.8%(P<0.05)。结论使用滋阴活血汤对糖尿病合并下肢血管病变患者进行治疗,临床疗效明显提高,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Huoxue decoction in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods 86 patients diagnosed as type 2 diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease were randomly divided into two groups.The 2 groups were given diabetic diet and oral medications or inject insulin to control blood sugar,the control group was also treated with Yikai（pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets）,and the treatment group also took Ziyin Huoxue decoction.The treatment continued one month.The fasting blood-glucose,dorsalis pedis arterial blood flow,lower AMI and curative effect of the2 groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The fasting blood-glucose value of the two groups were decreased after treatment.The dorsalis pedis arterial blood flow of two groups was increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.The ABI of two groups was increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate in the observation group and the control group was 83.7 % and 62.8%,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease treated by Ziyin Huoxue decoction is remarkable.The method is worth promoting.
