痛点穴位封闭配合针刺治疗肩袖损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痛点穴位封闭配合针刺治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。方法选150例肩袖损伤患者随机分成封闭组、针刺组、封闭加针刺组各50例,封闭组采用痛点穴位封闭治疗,针刺组采用针刺治疗,封闭加针刺组采用痛点穴位封闭联合针刺治疗,比较3组的总有效率和视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果封闭加针刺组的总有效率为84%,高于封闭组总有效率76.0%、针刺组总有效率70.0%(P<0.05);治疗后,封闭加针刺组的VAS评分低于封闭组、针刺组(P<0.05)。结论痛点穴位封闭配合针刺治疗肩袖损伤疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of pain spot acupoint blocking therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of rotator cuff injuries.Methods 150 cases were divided into blocking treatment group,acupuncture treatment group and the combined treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The blocking treatment group adopted pain spot acupoint blocking therapy.The acupuncture treatment group used acupuncture therapy.The combined treatment group used pain spot acupoint blocking therapy combined with acupuncture.The total effective rate of three groups and visual analogue scale（VAS） was compared.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 84% which was higher than 76.0% and 70.0% of the blocking treatment group and acupuncture treatment group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,VAS of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the blocking treatment group and acupuncture treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is effective to treat rotator cuff injury with pain spot acupoint blocking therapy combined with acupuncture.
