摘　　要：抑郁症及糖尿病均为难治愈慢性疾病,两者在临床存在相伴相生的情况,且具有一定的共性生物学基础,本文基于对国内外相关文献的分析整理,简要综述了抑郁症与糖尿病之间的生物学机制相关性及其临床治疗现状,为两者及共病情况治疗及药物开发提供新的思路。Depression and diabetes are difficult to cure chronic diseases. Both of them are in the clinical presence of the situation. There is a certain biological basis. Based on the analysis of relevant literatures both at home and abroad, this paper briefly reviewed the relationship on the aspect of biological mechanism between depression and diabetes, as well as its clinical treatment status. It provided new ideas for the treatment of two diseases, comorbidity and drug development.
