摘　　要：从征信非现场监管现状出发,探讨征信非现场监管的总体思路及具体实施框架,提出应建立征信非现场监管指标体系、提升征信非现场监管信息的有效性、实现现场检查与非现场监管的有机结合、健全征信非现场监管的分工协作机制。Based on the current situation of off-site surveillance over credit reference, the paper presents the general idea of off-site surveillance over credit reference and the specific implementation framework. We should establish off-site surveillance indicator system of credit reference, enhance the effectiveness of off-site surveillance information, achieve the organic combination of on-site examination and off-site surveillance, and improve off-site surveillance division and cooperation mechanism for credit reference.
