摘　　要：为提高产量、降低生产成本和实现节能减排,酒钢将Φ16 mm规格螺纹钢筋由二切分轧制改造为三切分轧制。介绍了酒钢大棒线三切分棒材轧制技术的应用,并对三切分轧制孔型设计进行分析,并针对生产应用过程中出现的问题进行总结和采取措施,制定控制要点。In order to increase output, reduce production cost and realize energy saving and emission reduction, 16mm steel was converted from two slitting rolling to three slitting rolling in jiuquan steel. This paper introduces the application of steel rolling technology wine stick line three slitting bars in jiuquan steel, and the three slitting rolling pass design are analyzed, and aiming at the problems in the process of production and application are summarized and take measures to establish control points.
