摘 要:通过改变Cu/Zn质量比,用浸渍法制备了一系列的CuZnAl催化剂。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、H_2程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)、氮吸附(BET)、NH_3程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对催化剂的结构进行了表征,并在固定床上考察了不同催化剂用于CO加氢反应的催化活性。结果表明:Cu/Zn含量确实对催化剂的结构和活性有显著的影响。当Cu/Zn质量比为2∶1时,催化剂的比表面积和最可几孔径最大、粒子分散性最好,且在CO加氢反应中表现出最高的二甲醚选择性。A series of CuZnAl catalysts were prepared through impregnation method by changing the mass ratio of Cu/Zn.The structures of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR,BET,TPD and SEM,and the catalytic activity of different catalysts for CO hydrogenation was investigated in a fixed bed reactor.The results showed that Cu/Zn content does have a significant impact on the structure and activity of the catalyst.When the mass ratio of Cu/Zn is 2 ∶ 1,the catalyst showed the biggest specific surface area and pore size,the best particle dispersion and the highest selectivity of DME in CO hydrogenation.
