摘 要:在完全液相法中,采用预热的液体石蜡为热处理和反应介质,以不同的热处理温度制备了CuZnAl催化剂。利用X射线衍射、H_2程序升温还原、NH_3程序升温脱附、氮吸附和X射线光电子能谱对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明,液体石蜡进行加热预处理可以增加催化剂中Cu晶粒度和孔径,改变Cu^+的存在形态,提高表面Cu/Zn比例,使催化剂具有适宜的弱酸量,从而促进了C_(2+)OH的生成。对液体石蜡预热处理后,在250℃和280℃进行热处理的催化剂C_(2+)OH/ROH分别达到了14.75%和14.12%,且其具有良好的稳定性,反应120h没有发现失活现象。The CuZnAl catalyst prepared by complete liquid-phase method was heat-treated under different temperature with paraffin which was pretreated in advance as heat-treatment and reaction medium.All catalysts were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR NH3-TPD,N2 adsorption and XPS.The results showed that the pretreatment of liquid paraffin could increase the grain size of Cu and pore size of the catalyst,change the existing form of Cu~+,improve the Cu/Zn ratio on the surface,and make the catalyst have suitable weak acid content,which result in promoting the formation of C2+ OH.Under the premise of pretreated liquid paraffin,the catalysts heat-treated under 250℃ and 280℃ had a higher selectivity of C2+ OH with the C2+ OH/ROH carbon atom ratios of reaching 14.75% and 14.12%,respectively,and the stability was still well behaved at 120 h.
