摘 要:采用浸渍法制备出Fe-α-Al_2O_3型催化剂,用于分解三聚氰胺生产尾气中的异氰酸(化学式HCNO)。考察了Fe_2O_3含量、旋蒸温度、超声条件、不同载体等工艺条件下催化剂对HCNO的分解效率;并采用XRD、SEM、BET对催化剂进行了表征。得到催化剂的最优制备条件为:w(Fe_2O_3)=5%,50℃、90W功率下超声30min,旋蒸温度80℃,煅烧温度550℃,煅烧时间5h,载体为α-Al_2O_3时,催化剂对HCNO的分解效率为21.5%,较工厂现有催化剂提升了49.3%。The Fe-α-Al2O3 catalysts for decomposing the HCNO in the exhaust gas of melamine production were prepared by impregnation method.The influences of various preparation parameters on catalyst,including Fe2O3 content,rotary evaporation temperature,ultrasonic temperature and support kinds,were evaluated by using the degradation rate of HCNO.The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,SEM and BET.The optimal preparation conditions were determined as follows:Fe2O3 content 5% by mass,90 W ultrasound at 50℃ for 30 min,rotary evaporation temperature of 80℃,550℃ calcination for 5 h and α-Al2O3 as support.Under above conditions,the degradation rate of HCNO over the Fe-α-Al2O3 catalyst was 21.5%,which was 49.3% higher than that of the catalyst used by Sichuan Meifeng Co.LTD now.
