体外冲击波联合肌内效布贴扎治疗跖腱膜炎的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的 观察体外冲击波联合肌内效布贴扎治疗跖腱膜炎的疗效及护理体会.方法 将41例跖腱膜炎患者随机分组,在常规体外冲击波治疗并由护士指导患者康复治疗的基础上分别联合（联合组21例）与不联合（对照组20例）肌内效布贴扎.两组患者分别于体外冲击波首次治疗前和治疗后5周（每周1次治疗,5周1个疗程）、10周采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）进行疼痛评分以评估疗效.结果 治疗前,两组患者VAS评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.01）;经体外冲击波或联合肌内效布贴扎治疗5周、10周后,两组均较治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,10周后治疗有效率分别达71.43％（联合组）和51.22％（对照组）;且10周后联合组VAS评分较对照组明显减少（P＜0.01）.结论 在指导患者康复治疗的基础上,体外冲击波联合肌内效布贴扎治疗跖腱膜炎远期疗效更显著.Objective To observe the curative effect and nursing experience of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Kinesio on curing aponeurositis plantaris. Methods A total of 41 aponeurositis plantaris patients were di-vided into groups randomly. On the basis of usual extracorporeal shock wave treatment and patients instructed by nurses to have rehabilitation, Kinesio was combined （ combination group, 21 cases） and not combined （ control group, 20 ca-ses） . The patients of both groups used VAS to have pain score to evaluate the curative effect 5 weeks （ one treatment in a week and one course every 5 weeks） and 10 weeks before and after the first extracorporeal shock wave treatment. Re-sults Before the treatment, the difference of patients＇ VAS in both groups had no statistical significance （ P〉0. 01 ） . After 5 and 10 weeks of extracorporeal shock wave and combined Kinesio treatment, the comparative difference of both groups had statistical significance compared with it before treatment （P〈0. 01）. After 10 weeks, the curative effective rate was up to 71. 43% （ combination group） and 51. 22% （ treatment group） . In addition, the VAS of combination group was reduced significantly compared with control group （ P〈0. 01 ） . Conclusions On the basis of instructing pa-tients to have rehabilitation, the long-term follow-up effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Kinesio treatment is more significant on curing aponeurositis plantaris.
