临床护理职业吸引力与职业期望的相关性调查

摘　　要：目的 探讨临床护理职业吸引力与职业期望的相关性.方法 采取便利分层抽样方法,抽取不同层次护生及临床护士共计840名,通过自制问卷应用SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行统计学分析.结果 大专护理学生对临床护理工作从业意愿较高,入学时116人（71.2％）,入学后是121人（74.2％）,临床护理工作的从业意愿有统计学意义（χ2=22.843,P=0.001）;临床护理工作的职业吸引力最高的人群是大专护理学生（40.63＆#177;6.13）,职业吸引力的单因素方差分析中,均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）;临床护理职业吸引力与职业期望的Pearson相关性分析中,职业吸引力的F1与F2、EE、DP、PA感呈正相关（P＜0.01）;职业吸引力的F2与EE、PA呈正相关（P＜0.01）,与DP呈负相关（P＜0.05）.结论 不论是从事临床护理工作的意愿还是临床护理工作的职业吸引力,护理本科生均排最低.护理教育者及管理者对这一现象不容忽视,应积极提升护理职业的吸引力及社会认同度.Objective To explore the relevance of clinical nursing occupation attraction and occupation expec-tation. Methods Simple stratified sampling method was used in this study to choose 840 student nurses and clinical nurses at different levels, and statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS 19. 0 through self-compiled questionnaire. Results Junior college nursing students had higher willingness to work on clinical nursing. The number of students was 116 （71. 2%） during the entrance and 121 （74. 2%） after entrance. The willingness to work on clinical nursing had statistical significance （χ2=22. 843 , P=0. 001 ） . The group that had the highest occupation attraction on clinical nursing was junior college students （40. 63±6. 13）. With regard to the one-way variance analysis of occupation attrac-tion, it had statistical significance. With regard to the clinical nursing occupation attraction and Pearson correlation a-nalysis of occupation expectation, F1 of occupation attraction was positively correlated with F2, EE, DP and PA （P〈0. 01 ） . F2 of occupation attraction was positively correlated with EE and PA （ P〈0. 01 ） , and negatively correlated with DP （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Whether for the willingness of working on clinical nursing or occupation attraction of clinical nursing, nursing undergraduate students rank the lowest place. The phenomenon of nursing educators and ad-ministrators to this should not be ignored. The attraction and social recognition degree should be improved for nursing profession.
