摘 要:介绍了代表性钙钛矿材料CH3NH3PbI3和带隙可调的钙钛矿材料CH3NH3PbI3-x Brx的电子能带结构和光学性质的研究进展;同时讨论了现在光学性质研究中存在的问题和将来可能的研究方向。Photovoltaic cell based on organic halide perovskites has developed rapidly in re cent years with energy conversion efficiency over 22%. At the same time, perovskites have shown unique electric and optical properties. Here research progresses of electronic states and op tical properties in typical materials were introduced, namely, CHaNHaPbla and CHaNHaPbla j Brx. in which value was adjustable for different bandgaps. Furthermore, some unanswered problems and novel research directions in optical properties were discussed.
