摘  要:本次紧密结合黑龙江省灌区工程规划设计中,在灌溉供水、用水、耗水、排水和灌区供水、用水、耗水、排水关系的处理上,普遍存在的基本概念混淆和模糊不清等问题,针对富锦市锦西灌区工程环境影响评价报告,进行了研讨,并首次提出了农田灌溉供用耗排关系图和综合分析成果。主要研讨内容有灌溉供用耗排和灌区供用耗排,作物需水量、有效降雨量、灌溉需水量和灌溉用水量,灌溉供水量和灌溉用水量,灌溉损失水量和灌区损失水量,灌溉水利用系数和灌区水利用系数,灌溉水量损失率和灌区水量损失率,灌溉耗水率和灌区耗水率,灌溉退水率和灌区排水率等。Closely combined with the planning and design of Heilongjiang Provincial irrigation area project,in line with the relationship between irrigation water supply,water use,water consumption,water drainage,there exist general problems about confused conception,according to the environmental impact evaluation report of Jinxi irrigation area of Fujin City,the research and discussion are conducted and provided firstly the relationship figure of irrigation water supply,use,consumption and drainage and comprehensive analysis results. The major researched contents are water supply,use,consumption and drainage water for irrigation and irrigation area,water demand of crops,effective precipitation,water demand for irrigation and water use for irrigation,water supply for irrigation and water use for irrigation,the lost water quantities of irrigation and irrigation area,the water use coefficient of irrigation and irrigation area,the return water ratio of irrigation and drainage ratio of irrigation area.
