摘　　要：提出了一套应用于弧光保护装置的电流有效值快速检测算法,该算法可以准确估计电流有效值,快速检测电力系统中过流故障,为弧光保护装置提供过流信息,辅以弧光检测结果,结合配套的快速接地开关,可以在电力系统设备出现弧光故障时快速熄灭电弧,有效保护电力设备。An algorithm of fast detecting and estimating the current RMS of APR （arc protection relay） is addressed. Overcurrent breakdown in electric system can be detected used by this algorithm, at the same time, the overcurrent information can be transferred to APR. The APR contain high speed grounding switch and arc current detection algorithm can extinguish arc fastly. Afford Effective protection of power equipment.
