摘 要:目的探讨以问题为导向教学(problem-based learning,PBL)结合病例分析模式在神经外科教学中的应用效果。方法将2010-09/2015-09月作者科室实习的480名学生,以双盲法分为观察组和对照组各240人。对照组采用传统理论教学模式,观察组采用PBL结合病例分析的教学模式,实习过程观察其行为习惯,实习结束后对两组学生进行考核,评价其理论及实际操作能力,并通过调查表评价两组的教学质量。结果观察组学生氛围好、积极性高、思维活跃。学生理论成绩及实践操作成绩平均分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学质量满意度高于对照组(χ~2=14.454,P=0.000)。结论 PBL结合病例分析教学模式能激发学生自主学习的潜能,从而提高学生的理论成绩及临床操作技能,并且能有效提高教学满意度,适合在神经外科教学过程中推广普及。Objective To study the effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case analysis model in neurosurgery teaching process. Methods A total of 480 undergraduate students who were intern in authors' hospital from September 2010 to September 2015 were researched and randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group,each group with 240 person. Control group was trained with traditional theory teaching mode, observation group was trained with PBL combined with case analysis model. The behavior characteristics were observed during the intership. After the internship, both two groups took examinations for evaluating the theory and practical ability, and teaching quality were evaluated with questionnaires. Results The students of observation group had good atmospheres, high enthusiasm and active thinking. Average results of theoretical and practical points of students in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0. 05). Teaching satisfaction of observation group was obviously better than that of control group (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion PBL combined with case analysis model can stimulate the potential learning a- bility of students, and improve the theoretical achievements and clinical practicing skills. PBL combined with case analysis model is suitable for neurosurgery teaching, and can effectively improve the teaching quality.
