摘 要:针对典型区域排水系统,基于基础数据的标准化录入及现场核实修正搭建模型骨架,结合在线监测数据进行模型的率定与验证,完成区域排水系统模型的构建,以支撑区域排水系统管理的不同应用模式,包括防汛应急、巡查养护、规划改造等。以内涝评估为例,首先通过模型分析识别不同工况下排水系统的整体运行状况,评估内涝风险,然后通过设置不同模拟分析情景系统性地识别如排水能力、结构瓶颈、边界河道顶托等原因对该区域的影响,以有针对性地进行内涝改造,最后针对具体的内涝改造方案,模拟评估其改造效果,为改造方案的实施提供依据。将该模式与具体的管理流程进行深层次融合能大幅提升城市排水系统管理水平,辅助管理者科学决策。Taking the typical drainage system as the research object, the regional drainage system model was built by the standardized input and on-site verification basic date. Combining online monitoring data, the model was calibrated and verified. For support different application, the flood prevention, inspection and maintenance, planning and reconstruction were established. In case of the waterlogging assessment, firstly the waterlogging risk of the drainage system was analyzed by dynamically simulating operating conditions of the drainage network in different rainfall scenarios. Secondly the waterlogging was targeted to identify by setting different simulation scenarios to study its impact such as analyzing drainage capacity, structural bottlenecks of drainage network, and the receiving water body. Finally, the effect of waterlogging reforming scheme was assessed, to provide the basis for implementation. The combination of this application and management process can significantly enhance the ability of management and scientific decision-making.
