摘　　要：文章通过对湖南省2014年7月上中旬降水时空分布以及与副热带高压、东北冷涡、高低空急流、地面冷空气进行分析,得到以下结论:湖南大部降水比历年同期偏多,湘中偏北偏西偏多200%以上;强降水区域主要位于副高584线和588线之间,移动方向沿着584线向东;东北低涡的维持在一定的环流背景下有利于加强湖南省7月上中旬的强降水;高低空急流是强降水发生的有利条件;弱冷空气对湖南省7月上中旬强降水有加强作用。In this paper,through the analysis of the distribution of precipitation in Hunan province early and mid July 2014 and high pressure,and subtropical high,the northeast cold vortex,the jet surface cold air,get the following conclusions：most of the precipitation in Hunan more than over the same period,north central Hunan west of the region by more than 200%;heavy rainfall areas are mainly located in the subtropical high the 584 line and 588 line between the moving direction along the 584 line to the east;northeast vortex maintain strong precipitation in Hunan province to strengthen the early and mid July in circulation background;high and low level jet is strong favorable conditions of water drop;strong precipitation in Hunan province in early July and mid weak cold air to strengthen the role of.
