摘  要:目的:综述唇柱苣苔属植物化学成分及药理作用的研究进展。方法:以"唇柱苣苔属"、"化学成分"、"研究进展"、等为关键词,查询国内外数据库中的相关文献,国内外唇柱苣苔属植物研究不多,归纳整理后主要对唇柱苣苔属植物蚂蝗七、牛耳朵、唇柱苣苔、红药等的化学成分及药理研究进展进行综述。结果与结论:查询有效文献多条。唇柱苣苔属植物共含多种化学成分,其中以黄酮类、苯乙醇苷类、醌类为主,还有萜类和甾体类等成分。在全球唇柱苣苔属植物中,目前仅少数几个种有较为系统的研究,化学成分的研究主要集中在黄酮类、苯乙醇苷类成分及醌类,总体研究较少。药理研究主要集中在抗肝毒、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、提高免疫、镇痛作用。Objective:Summarize the progress of researches on Chirita plant's chemical composition and its pharmacological action.Methods:Regarding "Chirita", "chemical composition", "research progress" as keyword,a number of books about the subject in the database from home and abroad have been consulted by us.There's little research focusing on Chirita all over the world.After making a sorting,the progress of researches on chemical composition and pharmacological action of Lepidoptera,Antelope,Pleurotus ostreatus and Red Medicine were summarized.Results and conclusions:A number of effective literature have been queried.Chirita contains several kinds of chemical compositions.It mainly consists of flavonoids,benzene glycosides and anthraquinones,as well as terpenes,steroids and other ingredients.Among the Chirita plants from the whole world,only a few species have a more systematic study currently.The chemical composition researches are mainly focusing on flavonoids,benzene glycosides and quinine.Generally speaking,there is a shortage of research on it.Pharmacological studies are mainly focusing on antiheptotoxic,anti-inflammatory,anti-viral,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor, improveimmunity,an-algesic effect.
