摘 要:目的探索机械化调配在静脉输液调配中的应用。方法选取600组用药医嘱,采用随机数字表法分成观察组300组,对照组300组,观察组采用Repeater配液泵进行调配,对照组采用传统注射器调配,分别对2组西林瓶药物残余量、不溶性微粒、调配时间进行检测,并对2种方法进行统计学比较。结果观察组西林瓶药物平均残余量为(0.010±0.003)ml;不溶性微粒10μm以上(1.501±0.901)个/ml,25μm以上(0.101±0.020)个/ml;平均调配时间(41.000±0.201)s/组。对照组西林瓶药物平均残余量为(0.130±0.101)ml;不溶性微粒10μm以上(8.311±1.202)个/ml,25μm以上(1.702±0.503)个/ml;平均调配时间(44.001±0.106)s/组。2组药物残余量、不溶性微粒比较差异有统计学意义,调配时间差异无统计学意义。结论采用Repeater配液泵调配可以减少西林瓶药物残余量和成品输液中的不溶性微粒,提高给药的准确性和安全性。Objective To investigate the use of mechanization in the preparation of intravenous infusion. Methods A total of 600 medication orders were randomly divided into the study group (n=300) and the control group (n=300). The Repeater blending pump was used for preparation in the study group, and the conventional syringe was used for preparation in the control group. The amount of residual drug in the vials, insoluble particles and time of preparation in the two groups were determined and compared statistically. Results In the study group, the mean amount of residual drug in the vials was (0.010 ±0.003)/ml; the count of insoluble particles over 10 μm was (1.501 ± 0.901)/ml, and the count over 25 μm was (0.101±0.020)/ml;and the mean preparation time was (41.000±0.201)s/group. In the control group, the mean amount of residual drug in the vials was (0.130 ±0.101)/ml;the count of insoluble parti-cles over 10 μm was (8.311 ±1.202)/ml, and the count of insoluble particles over 25 μm was (1.702 ±0.503)/ml; and the mean preparation time was (44.001 ±0.106)s/group.There are statistically significant differences in the amount of residual drug and count of insoluble particles between the two groups, whereas there is no significant difference in the preparation time. Conclusion The use of Repeater blending pump can reduce the amount of residual drug in the vials and the insoluble particles in the finished infusion solution, and can improve the accuracy and safety of drug ad-ministration.
