欧亚经济联盟新发布检疫对象统一清单对中国出口贸易的影响

摘　　要：本文介绍了欧亚经济联盟2017年7月1日正式生效的《欧亚经济联盟检疫对象统一清单》(2016年11月30日第158号决议批准)基本情况及特点,将《欧亚经济联盟检疫对象统一清单》所列有害生物在中国境内分布和中国出口欧亚经济联盟植物及植物产品主要产区进行比对,分析了新实施的《欧亚经济联盟检疫对象统一清单》对中国出口欧亚经济联盟贸易的影响,并提出了适宜的应对措施,以促进中国与欧亚经济联盟贸易健康顺利发展。The Eurasian Economic Union issued ＂the common list of plant quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union＂（Resolution 158 on November 30,2016） on July 1,2017. This paper introduces the situation and characteristics of ＂the common list of plant quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union＂ enacted recently. In this paper,the distribution of pests listed in ＂the common list of plant quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union＂ in China and in the main producing areas of plants and plant products exported from China to Eurasian Economic Union were compared,the impact of the newly enacted ＂the common list of plant quarantine objects of the Eurasian Economic Union＂ on China’s export trade to Eurasian Economic Union was analyzed,and proper measures were proposed,so as to promote the healthy and smooth development of the trade between China and Eurasian Economic Union.
