摘　　要：随着公共安全形势的发展,为加强应急管理工作,把应急广播体系建设列入到我国新时期发展的重大战略需求。阳谷县积极响应国家政策,规划建设了一套适合本地发展的应急广播系统,实现应急广播系统和地面数字机顶盒无缝对接,达到户户通,即使在断电的情况下也能实现应急广播的作用。着重阐述了应急广播系统建设的内容、技术方案及传输模式,分析了其社会效益与经济效益。With the development of the public security situation and the strengthening of emergency management,the state has put the construction of emergency broadcasting system into the major strategic demand of China＇s new development. In response to this state policy,Yanggu county has constructed an emergency broadcasting system suitable for the local development. In this way,Yanggu county has realized the seamless docking of emergency broadcasting system and the ground digital set-top boxes and achieved that every household has the access to the broadcast even in the case of power interruption. This paper focuses on the content,technical scheme and transmission mode of the emergency broadcasting system construction,and analyzes the social and economic benefits.
