急进高原驻训军人躯体-脑力疲劳追踪研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急进高原驻训军人躯体-脑力疲劳的变化特点。方法:采用疲劳量表-14(FS-14)对700名急进高原驻训军人进行纵向重复追踪测评,分析其躯体-脑力疲劳阶段和人群变化特点。结果:(1)急进高原驻训军人躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳得分阶段差异显著(P<0.01),躯体疲劳呈下降趋势,脑力疲劳呈上升趋势;(2)躯体疲劳得分在不同人群中阶段差异显著(P<0.01);(3)脑力疲劳得分在军龄≤2年、高中及以下文化程度、未婚、内向和情绪不稳定型的军人群体中阶段差异显著(P<0.01);(4)内向型和情绪不稳定型军人脑力疲劳得分显著高于外向型和中间型军人。结论:急进高原驻训军人躯体疲劳在不同人群中存在显著性阶段差异,且呈逐渐下降趋势;脑力疲劳在低军龄、低文化、未婚军人群体中阶段差异显著,呈上升趋势。人格内向和情绪不稳定军人容易产生脑力疲劳,需要引起关注,开展有针对性的心理卫生保障。Objective：To investigate the characteristics of physical-mental fatigue of training armymen at high altitude.Methods：The fatigue scale-14（FS-14）was applied among 700 high altitude training soldiers to conduct longitudinal dynamic tracking evaluation and thus to analyze the changes of physical-mental fatigue in different stages and groups.Results：（1）There were significant differences in physical and mental fatigue（P0.01）.While physical fatigue decreased,mental fatigue increased.（2） There were significant differences in the scores of physical fatigue factors among different groups（P 0.01）.（3） Mental fatigue scores were significantly different in military age less than 2years,high school and below educational level,unmarried,introverted and emotional unstable military groups（P0.01）.（4）The mental fatigue of introverted and emotional instable armymen was significantly higher than that of the export-oriented and the middle-oriented ones.Conclusion：For training soldiers acute trooping into high altitude areas,physical fatigue are significant difference at different stages among different groups and presented a decreasing trend.Mental fatigue show a significant difference in low age,low educational level and unmarried soldiers,which presented a increasing trend.Introverted and emotional instable personalities of soldiers prone to mental fatigue,who need to pay more attention and to conduct the work of mental health services.
