类风湿关节炎患者希望水平与焦虑、抑郁情绪及领悟社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的希望水平现况及其与焦虑、抑郁情绪,领悟社会支持的关系。方法:采用一般资料调查表、Herth希望量表、医院综合焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对235例RA患者进行问卷调查。并对RA患者的希望水平,焦虑、抑郁情绪及领悟社会支持进行相关性分析。结果:RA患者希望总分为(36.27±3.58)分,近40%的患者存在焦虑或抑郁情绪,领悟社会支持得分为(60.05±9.23)分。结果显示,患者的希望水平与抑郁呈显著负相关,与领悟社会支持呈显著正相关。结论:RA患者半数以上具有中等希望水平,护士应指导患者采用积极方式应对病痛折磨,减轻其焦虑、抑郁情绪,同时努力调动社会支持,以提高患者的希望水平,增进其心理健康。Objective：To investigate the relationships among hope level,anxiety,depression and perceptibility of social support in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods：A total of 235 RA patients were investigated by general information questionnaire,herth hope index,hospital anxiety and depression scale（HADS）,perceived social support scale（PSSS）,and the relationships among hope level,anxiety,depression and perceptibility of social support were analyzed.Results：The hope socre of the respondents was（36.27±3.58）,the perceived social support was（60.05±9.23）,and nearly 40% patients occured anxiety or depression.There was a significantly negative correlation between hope level and depression,and significantly positive correlation between hope and perceptibility of social support.Conclusion：Half of the patients with RA is in the medium level of hope,the nurse should instruct them to adopt positive coping styles,alleviate depression,make full use of social support on various aspects to improve their level of hope,and enhance the psychological health.
