人际关系视域下人际情报网络的构建研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】人际情报的核心是"人"和"情报",二者都是"智能"的。人际情报在经济活动过程中的作用越来越突出,建立有效的人际情报网络有利于挖掘隐性知识和情报,对国家、企业或个人,都有重要作用。【方法/过程】本文依据人际资源地图,将人际关系划分成四种类型,再结合竞争情报和社交网络理论,建立起三种相应的人际情报网络模式,运用超循环理论加以说明,最后进行实例分析。【结果/结论】本文依据人际关系,得出三种人际情报网络模式,为建立更有效率的人际情报网络提供参考。【Purpose/significance】The core of Interpersonal intelligence is ＂human＂ and ＂intelligence＂,both of them are intelligent. The role of interpersonal intelligence in the process of economic activities is becoming more and more prominent.Establishing effective interpersonal intelligence network is beneficial to the mining of tacit knowledge and information, and plays an important role to the state and enterprises or individuals.【Method/process】According to the human resources map,the paper divided the interpersonal relationship into four types,combined with the theory of competitive intelligence and social network,we established three interpersonal intelligence network model, and explained it with hypercycle theory.The model and examples were analyzed at last.【Result/conclusion】According to the interpersonal relationships,three corresponding models were constructed to provide a reference for the establishment of interpersonal intelligence network.
