摘  要:【目的/意义】突发事件应急响应的核心是调节网民负面情感,调节网民负面情感的关键是把握负面情感演化的规律。尽管各个突发事件网络舆情的产生原因和影响有所不同,但舆情发展的高峰都伴随着网民负面情感的产生和爆发。本研究的目标是得到网民负面情绪与网络舆情应急响应的研究现状,为该领域的研究提供前沿方向引导。【方法/过程】本文主要运用文献研究法、对比分析法对网民负面情绪和网络舆情应急响应的相关研究进行梳理和分析。【结果/结论】关于网民负面情绪的研究,目前主要从理论层面关注动因、影响因素,关于网络舆情应急响应的研究,目前主要是从公共管理的角度关注指标构建和策略研究,缺少结合实际事件和数据进行的实证研究,尤其是缺少网民负面情绪与网络舆情应急响应的关联研究。【Purpose/significance】The regulation of the negative emotion in online environments plays a critical role in crisis responses. With the aid of micro-blog and other social network platform, online users can express their emotions and opinions in diversified ways. The reasons and effecting of different network public opinion of certain emergencies are different, but the happening and boost of online negative emotion is the distinctive aspects of each network public opinion.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research situation of online negative emotion and crises response, which can show the frontier view for researchers.【Method/process】This paper mainly uses the literature survey method to review the research situation of the online negative emotions and crises response. 【Result/conclusion】 The research of negative emotion concentrated on the motivation and influence factors from the theoretic view, and the research of situation crises response concentrated on the strategy study from the public management view. The empirical study based on the data and case context is expected, especially on the associate research of online negative emotion and crises response.
