摘　　要：电子病历系统的应用是医院信息化建设的核心内容,笔者运用精细化管理方法通过对某基层医院的电子病历系统提出存在问题,并完善系统的设计流程和解决问题,使电子病历系统为医院行政管理、临床研究与临床流行病学研究以及数据统计分析和医疗付款审核提供技术支持,实施适合的"以患者为中心、有利于病历质量控制、实现临床科研数据"的电子病历系统。The application of electronic medical record system is the core content of hospital information construction, the author uses the finemanagement through the electronic medical record system in a basic hospital and put forward the existing problems, improve the system design process and solve the problem, the electronic medical record system to provide the technical support for the quality of the medical record monitoring, medical and health service information and data analysis and statistics medical insurance cost audit, the implementation of the appropriate ＂take the patient as the center, is conducive to the realization of quality control of medical record, electronic medical records system of clinical research data＂.
