摘 要:嗅觉系统在昆虫的生命活动中具有重要的功能作用。通过嗅觉蛋白来识别环境中以及种内所释放的化学信号物质,进而指导昆虫完成求偶,躲避天敌等生命活动。近些年来,随着转录组测序技术的日益发展,许多昆虫的嗅觉家族相关基因已被鉴定。而性信息素结合蛋白(pheromone binding protein,PBPs)因其功能的特殊性与重要性,一直以来备受研究者的关注。目前,丰富的科学手段,例如电压钳,RNAi,EAG等已为嗅觉蛋白功能做出了不同的阐述,并有一些新的发现,但目前尚存在一些问题亟待解决。笔者根据国内外近些年的研究进展,从昆虫性信息素结合蛋白的理化性质、不同组织表达模式及其与其他嗅觉相关蛋白之间的关系等方面进行了综述。The olfactory system plays an important role in the life of insects. Relying on the olfactory proteins, insects identify the chemical signals released by the environment and internal, accomplish the life activities such as mating and avoid predators. In recent years, many olfactory genes have been identified with the development of transcriptome sequencing technology, and sex pheromone binding protein (PBPs) has been paid much attention by researchers due to its particularity and importance. At present, the rich scientific methods, such as voltage clamp, RNAi, EAG and so on, have made different elaborations on the olfactory protein function, and some new discoveries have been achieved, but there are still some problems to be solved urgently. According to the research progress at home and abroad in recent years, the physical and chemical properties, expression patterns of sex pheromone binding protein and its relationship with other olfactory proteins are reviewed in this paper.
