摘  要:通过采用超单元法模拟滚珠-滚道接触,用等效梁法模拟螺栓,得到大型双排四点接触球轴承有限元简化模型,再与不加螺栓有限元算法以及理论算法对比,验证该模型的正确性,并利用此方法分析螺栓预紧力对轴承载荷分布的影响。研究表明:随着均布螺栓预紧力的增加,滚珠-滚道最大接触载荷先降低后小幅增加;非均布螺栓预紧力使滚珠-滚道接触载荷波动加剧;内、外圈螺栓预紧力差异使上、下排滚珠-滚道接触载荷差异增大。The superelement method was used to simulate the contact between rolling ball and raceways, and the equivalent beam method was used to model the bolt. The simplified finite element model of large type double row four point contact ball bearing was obtained, and the correctness of the model was verified through comparing with the non- bolt finite element method and theoretical formula. The influence of the bolt pretension on the load distribution of bearings was analyzed by the model. The research results show that with the increase in the even bolt pretension, the maximum contact load of rolling ball-raceway decreases firstly and then increases slightly. The uneven bolt pretension causes the exacerbated fluctuations of the rolling ball-raceway contact load. The bolt pretension difference between inner and outer ring causes the increase of the contact load difference between double rows.
