摘 要:以中低温能源的高效利用为目的,在稳定热源和变工质流量条件下对以2种不同类型换热器为蒸发器的有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电系统进行实验研究。研究结果表明:ORC系统中板式蒸发器的最大换热系数约是管壳式蒸发器的1.6倍;系统性能方面存在合适工质流量使得系统性能最佳,采用管壳式ORC系统最大热效率与效率约为采用板式ORC系统的1.5倍;在膨胀机进口过热度较低时,板式蒸发器的蒸发空间是制约板式ORC系统性能和稳定性的重要因素;结合2种换热器特点,提出2种换热器串联作为蒸发器的改进设想。For the efficient use of low and medium grade energy, the experimental study of organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system with two different types of heat exchangers as evaporators under stable heat source and variable flow rate systems is carried out. The research results show that the maximum heat exchange coefficient of plate evaporator is 1.6 times of that of shell and tube evaporator in ORC system. Adjusting the flow rate to an optimal value can make the system performance the best. The largest thermal efficiency and exgery efficiency of the shell and tube ORC system is 1.5 times of that for the plate ORC system. When the superheat of the expander is low, the evaporation space of the plate evaporator is an important factor to control the performance and stability of the plate ORC system. Combining the characteristics of the two heat exchangers, using two kinds of heat exchangers in series as the evaporator are proposed as the improvement design.
