摘 要:针对并联型光伏逆变器负极同时接地时共模电流较大的问题,通过对逆变器的调制波进行双重傅里叶分析,分别建立单台和两台光伏逆变器负极接地时的共模简化模型,并给出共模电流的表达式。根据对并联型光伏逆变器共模电流的特性分析,提出一种在负极接地时抑制共模电流的策略,该策略由载波同步控制策略和增加系统共模阻抗方法共同完成对共模电流的抑制。最后,通过实验结果证明负极接地时共模电流模型分析和抑制方法的正确性。Aiming at the problem that the common-mode current is larger when the negative terminals of two paralleled inverters directly connect to the ground at same time, the inverters' modulated wave was analyzed by dual Fourier transforms. Simplified common-mode current models for the single inverter and parallel inverters with negative ground were established, respectively. Then the equation of the common-mode current was given. According to the characteristics analysis of common-mode current of paralleled inverters, the strategy to suppress common mode current during negative ground was proposed, accomplishing the suppression of the common-mode current by the carrier synchronization control strategy and the increase of the system common-mode impedance method. Finally, experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the model analysis and reduction method of the common-mode current.
