摘  要:针对传统逆变器拓扑效率低、漏电流大的问题,提出改进的H5桥无隔离光伏并网逆变器拓扑,与传统H桥逆变器相比,改进H5桥增加一个开关管,使得在续流阶段光伏模块和电网之间的隔离,从而可实现共模漏电流的抑制;高频开关利用MOSFET代替IGBT,可减少开关损耗,提高系统效率;消除死区时间,提高并网电流质量。通过一个1 k W的原理样机进行实验验证。Aiming at low efficiency and large leakage current of the traditional grid-connected inverters, an improved H5 bridge PV grid connected inverter topology without isolation was proposed. Comparing with traditional H bridge inverter, one switch was added into improved H5 bridge to form the disconnection between PV module and grid at the freewheeling stage and restrain the common mode (CM) leakage current. High frequency switch using MOSFET to replace IGBT, could reduce the switching loss, improve system efficiency, abrogate dead time and improve grid connected current quality. A 1 kW prototype was verified through experiment.
