摘 要:首先对气、液态甲烷的危险特性进行了分析,针对危险性最大的重气扩散过程,详细分析了其形成机理及影响因素。随后对国内外重气扩散问题的相关研究进行了全面的梳理和总结,在试验方面,介绍了Burro、Coyote和Falcon系列大型重气扩散经典试验;在理论分析和数值仿真方面,概述了典型重气扩散模型的基本原理及优缺点,针对CFD方法在重气扩散模拟上的应用进行了较为细致的介绍。最后结合液氧/甲烷发动机试验台的具体排放需求,提出了高空排放、燃烧处理及围堰排放三种排放方式,叙述了各自的工作原理、优缺点及其适用范围,并结合重气扩散特点相应地给出优化方案。Firstly,the dangerous characteristics of liquid methane are analyzed. The formation mechanism and the law of motion of heavy gas diffusion are described and analyzed in detail,which is the most harmful process during the ground test. After that,the related studies on the issue are reviewed and summarized. The scenes of the large-scale foreign heavy gas diffusion field tests are briefly described,including the classical Burro,Coyote and Falcon series tests. In the aspects of the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the basic principles and features of the classical models are summarized,and the studies on the applications of the CFD model are introduced in detail. Finally,three methods are proposed based on the emission demands of the liquid oxygen/methane engine test. And their basic principles,advantages,scope of their respective applications are also discussed.
